Smooth black ceramic vase with a beautiful hand etched then painted scene of trees/birds/homes wrapping around the body.  Vase is marked "2" on underside but otherwise of unknown maker/time period.

Very high quality craftmanship, with no flaws aside from a little scratch above the blue bird as shown in photos.
